Food Safety

Bartlett is committed to the highest standards in food quality and food safety. We hire right, train right, and treat right to ensure our Team Members are up-to-date on and follow all industry best practices and regulations.

All Bartlett milling locations have a food safety plan and associated programs in place that meet the requirements of the U.S. Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and relevant applicable local regulations. Each food safety plan and all associated verification, validation, risk assessments, reviews, etc. are developed and overseen by a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI).
